We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing or availability before an order is accepted.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£).
The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed as required by law.
If a pricing error occurs, we will take reasonable steps to correct it. If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
The confirmation email will provide details of your order and the information necessary for you to keep a record of your purchase.
We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, including an availability, payment or delivery issue.
Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
At launch, Averne Studios expects to use Squarespace Payments.
We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
An order will normally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information accurate.
However, occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.
Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
For online purchases, UK rules generally require delivery within 30 days unless another period has been agreed.
We are not currently offering international delivery as standard.
If we introduce international shipping in the future, we may update these terms and our delivery information accordingly.
Returns & Cancellation
When you purchase products from Averne Studios online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order even if the product is not faulty.
For most online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You do not normally need to provide a reason for cancellation.
These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions.

UK guidance confirms that online customers generally have a 14-day cancellation period and a further 14 days to return goods after notifying the seller.
Condition of Returned Products
You may handle goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in a similar way to how you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a shop.
If goods are handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value is diminished as a result, applicable law may allow a corresponding deduction from a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We want every order to arrive in the condition expected.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Under UK consumer law, goods must generally be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
For a valid cancellation under the applicable distance-selling rules, refunds generally include the cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we may only be required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Averne Studios may offer promotional codes, discounts or other promotions.
Unless stated otherwise:
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Each promotion may have its own terms and expiry date.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in promotional pricing.
Any specific conditions applying to a promotion will be communicated alongside the promotion.
